Lisa here. Since we are going to be Besties, you should know a few things about me. I am 37, mother of three, wife of one. In a past life, I was a corporate ladder-climber. I traded my briefcase for a diaper bag and I haven't seen either in more than 6 years. I am trying to find my mojo, my moxie, my that-thing-that-used-to- make-me-feel-like-the-baddest-chick-in-the-room, but alas, it has proven to be more difficult to recover than I could have ever imagined. I hope to connnect here with other women who, like me, may have been out-of-the-loop for a while or who may still be, but who know when we finally get cc'd on the get-a-life memo, watch-out world! I feel like Stella needing her groove back. Except not in a man way -- in a ME way! Feel free to chime in about your journey from briefcases to bibs and back and everywhere in betweeen.
